Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon scallions

Instructions

  • In a medium skillet, Saute the garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds. Do not brown the garlic. Add mushrooms and cook 5-6 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
