- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon scallions
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, Saute the garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds. Do not brown the garlic. Add mushrooms and cook 5-6 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
