Ingredients

  • 1 cups broccoli cut up in small pieces the size of a nickle to a quarter
  • 1 cauliflower cut florets
  • 1/2 onion or green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon scallions chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon slice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Mix the broccoli and cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, then toss again.
  • Arrange the veggies in a single layer on the lined baking sheet(s), giving them plenty of room to breathe. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are browned.
