Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pork skin removed and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 2 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 small chunk of ginger sliced
  • 1/2 large head green cabbage cored and very thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Green onion
