  • 1 pounds potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt and pepper to taste
