Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 sweet green pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 pound fresh squid cleaned, rinsed, sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Combine the chopped calamari with the pepper seasoning and mix well. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and cook the calamari for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked, stirring frequently.
