- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces white mushrooms washed and cut in half
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 whole sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms Cook for 3 minutes on medium-high heat without stirring. add the season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
