garlic mushrooms

Mushrooms aren’t always the prettiest of veg! But I think these crockpot mushrooms look amazing!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons Green onion minced
  • kosher salt or sea salt to taste
  • fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • add olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
  • Add the mushrooms , then season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden brown and tender, about 7 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic, cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Sprinkle with Green onion and serve.
