- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons butter
- maple syrup for serving
In a large bowl mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the egg, milk, vanilla, oil, and bananas; mixture to stirring just until combined.
Oil pan and pour batter 1/4 cup per pancake into the pan.
Cook until bubbles form and begin to pop. Flip pancakes and cook 1 minute more.
Serve immediately and top with maple syrup and banana slices if desired. Enjoy!
