Ingredients

  • 6 blue crab
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions

  • Rinse the crab with cold water and place them in a wok. add the Ginger,minced garlic,white vinegar and salt.and cover the wok with its lid.

  • Steam crabs until they turn bright orange and all of the blue/green color is gone, about 20 to 30 minutes.
