  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 watermelon
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes or use a melon baller and scoop it into balls. Add it to a large bowl.
