Ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli cut into florets of even size
  • 3-4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and cut the broccoli into florets of roughly the same size.
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil.
