Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pork skin removed and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 2 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 small chunk of ginger sliced
  • 1/2 large head green cabbage cored and very thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Green onion

Instructions

  • Spread a very little amount of oil in wok and fry the pork until cured and browned. Transfer to a plate or bowl.
  • Cook the cabbage: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and cabbage, along with the remaining salt and pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring until the cabbage is completely coated with oil.
  • Return pork to pot, then add light soy sauce, make a quick stir fry. Sprinkle with Green onion.
