- 1 lbs lean pork cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 big potato peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1/2 medium-large onion sliced finely
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon scallions
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoon Green onion chopped
- salt to taste
In a 12-in. skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Cook pork 2-5 minutes on each side or until tender. Remove from pan.
In same pan, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add onion cook . Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in potatoes, 1-1/2 cups broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Sprinkle with green onions.
