- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
- 5 garlic cloves grated or minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound large shrimp shelled (except for tails) and deveined
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
