Ingredients

  • 1 lb prawns/shrimp raw, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves very finely minced
  • 2 tsp ginger grated or finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Red chilies finely sliced or chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry shrimp in oil for 3 minutes. Add ginger, red chilies and garlic; stir-fry 2-3 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink. Add the shrimp and season with salt, chili flakes, and seasoning.
  • Stir in parsley, Serve warm.
