- 1 lb prawns/shrimp raw, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves very finely minced
- 2 tsp ginger grated or finely chopped
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Red chilies finely sliced or chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry shrimp in oil for 3 minutes. Add ginger, red chilies and garlic; stir-fry 2-3 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink. Add the shrimp and season with salt, chili flakes, and seasoning.
Stir in parsley, Serve warm.
