- 2 cups ham cubed
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups carrots cubed
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
up to prior cook your white rice, and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and add to the pan when the oil is hot.
Stir gently with a wooden spoon just until cooked. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a LARGE wok or skillet over medium-high heat , add garlic. When garlic is lightly browned, add ham and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until ham is nice and hot.
Add carrots cook until are tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger and crushed .
over medium heat add the rice, cooking until hot and the rice is beginning to pop. add the egg and the sauce mixture, stirring to combine.
Top with green onion and serve immediately.
