- 1/2 pound fresh green beans trimmed
- 2 medium carrots carrots, peeled, cut into matchstick-size strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons scallions chopped
fresh green beans trimmed,carrots peeled sliced.
In ssaucepan,add olive oil,add the carrots and green beans. Cook about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.or until the carrots are almost tender.
add the salt ,and scallions,stirring occasionally.Cook for about 2 minutes.
