- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup. finely chopped semisweet chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line muffin tins with paper cupcake liners.
Sift together the sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt into a large bowl.
Add the egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir until incorporated.
Add in the chopped chocolate and stir to combine, but do not overmix.
to fill prepared cupcake liners 2/3 full . Do NOT overfill. lace the muffin tin in the oven on the centre rack and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the cake bounces back when you touch it gently .
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pans for 8 minutes. Remove and transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
