- 1 lb raw shrimp Devein the shrimp and remove the tail,
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lemon to taste
shrimp pat dry. Devein the shrimp and remove the tail, optional.
Place the butter in a large pan and melt over medium high heat. Add the shrimp , garlic cloves and season with salt, pepper . stirring .
shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side. until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then serve.
