Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp Devein the shrimp and remove the tail,
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon to taste

Instructions

  • shrimp pat dry. Devein the shrimp and remove the tail, optional.
  • Place the butter in a large pan and melt over medium high heat. Add the shrimp , garlic cloves and season with salt, pepper . stirring .
  • shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side. until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then serve.
