- 1 pound potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 cups corn
- 1 cups diced ham
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 3 cups chicken broth or stock
- 2 tablespoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add Add chicken broth, potatoes, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add in ham and corn and cook until potatoes are tender, about 5 minutes longer.Add flour and cook mixture, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes.
