  • 1/2 pound fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 medium carrots carrots, peeled, cut into matchstick-size strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons scallions chopped

Instructions

  • In ssaucepan,add olive oil,add the carrots and green beans. Cook about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.or until the carrots are almost tender.
  • add the salt ,and scallions,stirring occasionally.Cook for about 2 minutes.
