Steamed Blue Crabs recipes
Servings: 6 Blue Crabs
- 6 blue crab
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon Ginger minced
- Rinse the crab with cold water and place them in a wok. add the Ginger,minced garlic,white vinegar and salt.and cover the wok with its lid.
- Steam crabs until they turn bright orange and all of the blue/green color is gone, about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Eat immediately as is or dip with your favorite dipping sauce!
