Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion roughly chopped
  • 1 cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon scallions
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger chopped

Instructions

  • Chop/slice the sausage, cabbage
  • Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, and add the chopped onion. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until it softens.
  • Add garlic to pan, and sausage , cook until fragrant and soft, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the sliced cabbage and stir. Add the salt, Ginger and pepper, and stir well. Cook over low-medium heat for 8-10 minutes , stirring every few minutes.
  • with a sprinkling of scallions. Serve hot.
