Sauteed Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil divided
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
- few thin slices red bell pepper
Instructions
- Break or cut cauliflower into small florets.
- Heat 2 tsp of Olive Oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and cauliflower. Cover and cook about 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add in remaining ingredients: Remaining 2 tsp olive oil, red bell pepper, garlic, pepper, salt, and stir well.
- Cook uncovered about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
