This quick and tasty garlic and parmesan chicken is super easy to make so it’s great for busy weeknights when you just need to whip up something fast. It’s all made in one pan in under 20 minutes.   • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp parsley fresh and chopped
